In order for this feature to be activated in to your account we would need the following questions to be completely answered and verified.
Questions:
1. Who are you trying to send email blasts to?
2. Are they tagged/easily found in STM?
3. Have they been sent e-blasts before?
4. Are the emails verified?
5. What system verified the emails? (outbound engine)
6. Can we have access to the program that verified them?
6.1 - If You could not provide log in, please send us the screenshot of the verification for this email on your previous system.
7. We'll also need to know who on the team needs access to the email blast?
8. How many contacts are you sending this email blast to?
Once all of these questions has been verified we will be submitting this request to the team to have your email blast function activated.
Please note that the reason why we are asking these questions is to avoid your email from being blacklisted, determined as a spam or having your email flagged as a potential scam.
If this is the first time to send an email blast. We strongly suggest doing an initial send through a 3rd party service like Mailchimp.
Mail Chimp has a plan called "Forever Free" and it allows you to send up to 2000 subscribers and 12,000 emails a month. I suggest you sign up for the free version.
If you export your contacts (by tag) and import them to MailChimp you can then send an email blast from there. Then let us know and provide logins, we will then check out the bounce and spam rate. If it is relatively low then we can enable it on your STM account.
Once we have checked your account with Mailchimp and checked that all of the emails are verified we will now then add this feature to your account.
